1. Characteristics of high-purity aluminum-based master alloy
The melting point is significantly lower than that of pure metals, and the low-temperature addition has less loss, no pollution and no corrosion;
With high-purity aluminum ingot as the matrix, high purity and less impurities;
It is conducive to uniform alloy composition and reduces segregation;
The operation is simple and the effect is stable.

(1) Used in aviation 2XXX and 7XXX series high strength deformed aluminum alloy
Aircraft aluminum alloys have been upgraded from second-generation aluminum alloys to third-generation 2324, 7050, 7150, 7055, 7475 and other aluminum alloys, and fourth-generation aluminum alloys 2524, 2E12, 7085, 7A55, 7A85, etc. have been extensively applied and developed. High-strength deformed aluminum alloy bars, plates, forgings and extruded materials have strict requirements on the content of impurities, and high-purity aluminum-based intermediate alloys need to be added.
(2) High-strength aluminum alloy castings for aerospace and military industry.
High-strength aluminum alloys, such as ZL205A, ZL201A, and ZL114A, are used for large force components on aircraft, rockets, and missiles. These high-strength aluminum alloy castings have strict requirements on the content of impurities, and high-purity aluminum-based intermediate alloys need to be added.
